Cultural Development

Cultural transformation is an integral part of our school turnaround model. It is vital that the schools adopt a high-performance culture to change the performance outcomes. Fundamental to our model is co-creative dialogue which seeks to harness the ‘collective intelligence’ of people and promote collaboration. The encouragement of united voice and mutual ownership of ideas to solve problems will be at centre of the programme.

Expert in sports marketing and management, involvement in management and distribution of the English Premier League, Bundesliga, UEFA champions league including premium sports rights into the Sub-Sahara African market. SMA currently consults with Border Rugby Union (BRU) and is developing a working relationship with the department of sport for the South African Local Government Association (SALGA).
