Expert in teacher professional Development and Training and with 18 years of lead practice in psychology, English, science and philosophy for the Youth. Unathi is an internationally qualified Socratic Dialogue and Philosophy for Children and the Youth moderator. Her main thesis tenet and practice is the eradication of gender stereotypical assumptions of the scientific distinction in inner-city London.

Expert in sports marketing and management, involvement in management and distribution of the English Premier League, Bundesliga, UEFA champions league including premium sports rights into the Sub-Sahara African market. SMA currently consults with Border Rugby Union (BRU) and is developing a working relationship with the department of sport for the South African Local Government Association (SALGA).

Project management team member on the Erasmus+ programme, a project for Harmonization and Modernization of curriculum for primary teachers education. Working as a teaching assistant at Faculty of Education, He selflessly shared knowledge and practices with students on management and leadership topics.
