The Fundisa (Xhosa ‘Teach’ or ‘To Teach)) is a teacher training and development programme that seeks to improve teachers’ personal and professional development and leadership. The programme focusses on the improvement of the teachers’ technical delivery skills and their overall communication and collaboration with key school stakeholders.
